Asset-Based Moves to Shape School Climate & Culture
Building and sustaining a positive school climate and culture doesn’t happen by happenstance. It takes time, effort and dedication from all stakeholders. This workshop will create opportunities for participants to take stock of school climate and culture, by blending research from the field with participants’ experiences, perspectives and reflections. We will investigate our respective roles in shaping school climate and culture and name ways we can contribute in positive ways.
