What’s Worth Eliminating?
Over the past several years, educators everywhere have learned new systems, pivoted in new ways, and have learned different things about themselves and their students. We now know the importance of pushing the pause button and reflecting about what’s worth saving and what’s worth eliminating. This workshop will use a systems’ thinking approach to problem-solving and change-making. Participants will experience a process that can be used with colleagues across topics, content areas, grade bands and delivery modes in response to their learning communities’ needs and interests.
